Leaf Spring: Our standard product range of Multi-Leaf & Parabolic Springs comprises of over 10,000 part numbers (Spring Designs) in order to cater to Heavy and Light Commercial vehicles, Trailers, Cars, Mining Trucks, Multi Utility Vehicles & Oil Tankers, Agriculture and Construction vehicles and various other applications. With four decades of experience in manufacturing suspensions AAI has forayed into other products as well. We can also supply you with Air suspension links, U-Bolts, Bushes and Centre Bolts. We also manufacture custom made springs as per specific design needs. We are capable of producing customized multi-leaf and parabolic springs with specifications. We use various grades of spring steel such as EN 45, EN 45A, EN 47, 60Si7, 65Si7, Sup9, Sup9A, Sup11, Sup11A, 50CrV4, 51CrV4, 52CrMoV4, 58 CrV4 etc. as the primary raw material in our manufacturing process. The material undergoes rigorous inspection and testing including chemical and metallurgical analysis at our labs and external labs to ensure that it meets with our quality standards.

Chain: Our product list for chain comprises of cow chain, cooler lock chain and railing chain. Our cow chain is made from steel with golden zinc-plated finish, and is made in weights from 1 kg to 2.5 kg, which is best suited for agricultural needs. Cooler lock chain and railing chain are made from steel with silver zinc-plated finish. We provide a variety of options in thickness and length. Cooler lock chain and railing chain are designed with a focus on security, industrial, and safety applications. All chains are made with quality steel with a focus on durability, reliability, and performance in various conditions.
